Moda Holdings
Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Moda Holdings collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
1. Who we are
Moda Holdings is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, and a small amount of technical data:
- Enquiries: the name, email address and message you enter in the contact form, and the service you are asking about.
- Job applications: your name, email address and phone number, your résumé (a PDF), your answers to the employer’s questions for that job, and the cover note if you write one.
- Technical data: like most websites, our servers record basic information about each visit, such as the IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use it to keep the website working and secure.
Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, religion or ID numbers, in your message or résumé unless we ask for it.
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where you ask, prepare a proposal or quotation.
- To review your application, contact you about it and carry out our recruitment process.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and misuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Why we may do so
We process the information you send us because you have asked us to, by submitting the form, and because we need it to respond to you or to consider you for a job. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it with a tick box next to the Send button. We keep a note of when you agreed, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
5. Who can see it
Enquiries are read by our commercial team, and job applications by our people team and the managers involved in hiring. Your résumé is stored privately and is only available to signed-in staff who are allowed to see applications.
We use service providers, such as hosting and email, to run the website. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law or a competent authority requires it.
If your data is processed outside Indonesia, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected as the law requires.
6. Cookies
The public pages of this website do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Staff who sign in to our content management system receive a session cookie that is needed to keep them signed in; it is not used for anything else.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications only for as long as we need them for the purpose they were sent for, and for as long as the law requires. Applications may be kept for a reasonable period so that we can consider you for later openings. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
8. Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted staff access, private storage for résumés and a login for our content management system. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a failure to protect personal data happens, we will act on it and notify the people and authorities concerned as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how it is used, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or stop processing it;
- withdraw your consent, or object to how we use your data.
To use these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to check who you are first, and we will answer within the time the law sets. You may also complain to the Indonesian authority responsible for personal data protection.
10. Children
This website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
